Position Overview

We're searching for a dynamic Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging video content, and building our online community. This role is crucial in shaping how we communicate with our audience and establishing Wertec as a thought leader in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business objectives
• Create and curate engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and campaign performance
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders
• Manage our social media calendar and ensure consistent, timely content delivery
• Stay current with digital trends and recommend new approaches to engage our audience
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure message alignment
• Handle community management and engage with followers across all platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement and followers
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing and basic graphic design
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
