We're hiring a Data Analyst who can turn raw numbers into clear insights, performance reports, and strategic direction. You’ll help our team make smarter, faster, more impactful decisions across client accounts and internal performance. This isn’t just number crunching. It’s about asking the right questions, spotting the story in the data, and helping us build smarter campaigns and stronger client strategies.
What You’ll Do
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Ads)
Create dashboards and reports to track client performance and internal KPIs
Present insights to internal teams to support decision-making and optimization
Identify trends, gaps, or risks across campaigns, emails, and revenue flows
Partner with the Strategy, Design, and CSM teams to improve execution
Translate technical findings into plain English for non-technical teammates
Support data-backed experimentation, A/B testing, and retention marketing strategy

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
Solid grasp of eCommerce metrics, marketing funnels, or retention KPIs
