We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who’s obsessed with numbers, campaigns, and conversion wins. You’ll support campaign execution, media planning, analysis, and optimization across Meta, Google, and email channels. This role is ideal for someone who’s got solid fundamentals but wants to grow fast under real pressure; no fluff, just learning and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in launching and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics and create weekly reports
- Collaborate with creatives and strategists for high-impact campaigns
- Support A/B testing, landing page insights, and audience segmentation
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes and ad strategies
Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Familiar with ad KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.)
- Analytical and creative thinker — you love experimenting
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Meta, and GA4
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in e-commerce or retention marketing
- Experience with email flows or Klaviyo
- Can pitch campaign ideas backed by data
