As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a digital marketing assistant with excellent knoweldge in digital marketing to join our team.

As a Digital Marketing Assistant at WERTEC.CO, you will assist marketing team to play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' eCommerce stores through effective content marketing strategies. You will work closely with our experienced team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, aiming to enhance conversion rates and increase average order value.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and strategize content marketing ideas and offers to drive conversions and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain content calendars for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers.
3. Prepare campaign performance metrics reports and analyze data to optimize strategies for improved results.
4. Assist managers to manage and oversee the successful execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, particularly creative design and implementation, to ensure seamless deployment.
5. Attend daily and weekly meetings to provide updates on campaign progress and collaborate with team members.
6. Help managers to ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time, meeting client deadlines and expectations.
7. Utilize task management tools such as Clickup and collaboration platforms like Slack for efficient team communication and project coordination.
8. Take the responsibility of tasks assigned to you without reminders & follow ups.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Graduate - No prior experience required!
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, eCommerce or related field.
• Excellent knowledge in any niche of digital marketing, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using task management tools and collaboration platforms for efficient workflow management.
• A passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
