Description

We are a leading Retention Marketing services company dedicated to assisting our customers with their IT/marketing needs across various campaigns. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure the satisfaction and success of our customers.

We are seeking 4 dedicated project managers who will be 100% responsible for following tasks;

Team Management:

  1. Make sure relevant team members are assigned/given their tasks based on priority and deadline.
  2. Stay on top of their deliverables like who is supposed to do what and when. you must be aware of their deliverables by each client.
  3. Remind or nudge them when tasks are about to hit the deadline and still not completed.
  4. Help them with solving any roadblocks or problems or issues in timely manners. like access level things, or following up relevant team members.
  5. Getting hold of designers, copywriters, implementers in office as well as remotely to make sure they are not on leave or behind and they must hit their daily tasks.
  6. Keep track of and approve or disapprove their vacations applications.

Prioritization and Organization:

  1. Stay on top of everything in well advance
  2. Deeply get involved into planning and prioritization recommendation by Team lead as well as through click up by looking at send and go live dates.
  3. Double check daily EOD reports and analyze if these are as per the overall project periodization needs or no. Like tasks which were behind, late or overdue are added on their EODs or still skipped.
  4. Double check send or go live dates of all campaigns of all clients and set the appropriate deadlines for each resources in timely manner.

Resources Allocation:

  1. Understand the new and existing client project scopes properly/clearly.
  2. Plan, prioritize and assign resources as the project scope.

Performance Reports/KPIs Management:

  • Coordinate closely with performance manager to make sure every metrics of performance management are being tracked effectively.

Client Communication Management:

  1. Give you access to all client channels on slack as well as in ClickUp
  2. Deeply analyze and understand the communication tone and format done by client manager and CEO and then adopt those communication styles and communicate with them in slack and click up.
  3. Currently just start with following up clients with things which are on their review side and they are late.

Qualification:

  • Having MBA or similar degree
  • Minimum 5 Years of Industry Experience
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing & Computer Applications and Collaboration Tools like Slack, ClickUp etc.
