We are seeking a visionary Content Director to lead Wertec content strategy and establish our position as a thought leader in the retention marketing space. This role will be crucial in driving our content initiatives to support business growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Wertec's business goals and brand voice
• Oversee the creation and distribution of all content across various channels (blog, social media, video, reports)
• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure content supports broader marketing and sales efforts
• Analyze content performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in content marketing and retention strategies
• Manage the content budget and resources effectively
• Report on content performance and strategy to executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing successful content strategies, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of retention marketing principles and eCommerce trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with content management systems, SEO, and analytics tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
